Feedback system

The ratings system is designed to help jzik's members to evaluate each other when making a transation on jzik.

The ratings system also helps to assess each member's integrity.

D'une façon générale, jzik ne souhaite pas s'imiscer (interfere, meddle, get involved) dans les évaluations entre membre, cependant, en cas d'abus, il nous sera possible d'intervenir.

Restrictions and limits

The ratings system is only used regarding transactions carried out on jzik.

It must be objective and true.

Will not include aggressive, offensive, vulgor, obscene, deffamatory or slanderous remarks.

It is not a means for settling personal scores.

Any member who does not conform to its proper usage may have his account terminated or deleted.

Upon investigation he will not be allowed to benefit from the ratings system whilst the other member involved will retain his.

What kind of information may be included in the feedback?

- Is the buyer serious; did he pay promptly?

- Did the vendor dispatch the sold item promptly?

- Was the cost of post and packaging reasonable? Take into account travelling and packaging costs as well as different postal costs from country to country.

- Was the description of the item to be sold honest.

Reason for the feedback system

The ratings system helps evaluate the seriousness of the buyers and vendors and discourages dishonest people or companies. Use it well.
